We can provide receipts which the patient can forward to their insurance company for reimbursement.
We take no responsibility for denial of payment by a patient’s health insurance company.

Reclaiming with Bupa : Cash Plans & Global Policies
While we do not directly bill Bupa UK private medical insurance, you can still
seamlessly use certain Bupa policies at our clinic. If you hold Bupa Health
Cash Plan or premium Bupa Global (International) policy, you can pay our
standard fee when booking, and easily claim your money back.
Bupa Health Cash Plans operate on pay- and-reclaim basis. Depending
on your specific policy level (typically Levels 1 through 3), you will be
reimbursed up to capped annual therapy allowance, which usually
ranges from £100 to £500 per year.
Bupa Global Policies generally reimburse our standard Central London
fees in full, subject to any personal annual policy excess you my have
chosen.
We highly recommend checking your online member portal or calling Bupa
prior to your first visit to confirm your specific plan’s annual allownces and
policy terms. We will happily provide a fully itemised receipt featuring our
General Chiropractic Council (GCC) registration details at the end of your
session to facilitate an instant claim
